English language is compulsory especially for communicating with tourists in Nungwi village. The class is designed to help youths develop their listening, speaking, reading, and general communication skills. Learning English will help youth to communicate more accurately and efficiently for their social and career needs.
The Panje Project Art Painting Class is funded by the Panje Project Board alone through a specialist who is dedicated to volunteer to teach drawing to the Nugwi youth/children. The beneficiaries of the painting class are Nungwi youths age of 14 and above. The main activities of the project are to train painting in different phases as follows:
Training of pencil painting.
Water colour painting
Training of acrylic colour
Training of Oil painting
To enables Nungwi youth /children to benefit from tourism through Art Galllery
To teach drawing related to Nugwi themes, customs and the culture of Nungwi.
To teach the painting of “Pencil work, water colours, Acrylic paint and subsequent oil pants”
Train them “heena” to self-employ themselves and to be able to teach others.
